Lilu was made to become the 4th rival of Komasan Lover's original “Komalator” mod. Lilu originally had Oka Ruto’s hairstyle, but purple. Both her and Nicole had this hairstyle, so they were both changed to have their own individual hairstyles. Lilu was chosen second to participate in the killing game.
