Savannah is described as "Mysterious" and "Stunning". The two stereotypes go well together, and she really shows that somehow. When she was younger, she came across an old video game series called Danganronpa. She was alerted and asked her parents what it was. She had of course knew that the game based the Ultimates and Future Foundation on the REAL Ultimates and Future Foundation, but her parents said it was all made-up for the story. She had then became obsessed with finding the real Junko Enoshima and defeating Despair... despite Junko Enoshima being made-up. She insisted that she was real in some way, shape, or form. Even if it was just someone attempting to spread despair. She gathered 2 of her friends, Melanie and Megan, and explained the entire story to them. They belive her right away and they all came to an agreement to start a New Future Foundation in the future. Savannah and the girls worked for years to accomplish their goals, which they finally did. Savannah gathered all the  Ultimates to protect them from potential killing games. During all of this, Savannah gained the title of Ultimate Overseer since she was able to conduct all of this without fail... although... did Savannah really prevent this from happening? Definitely not. If anything, she allowed the Ultimates to all be in one place... and for Despair to strike.
