Here's a software I ported long time ago (circa 2004-2005) with eMbedded Visual Basic. I recovered the file from a backup DVD I made long time ago circa 2006.

It should run on VGA Handheld PC.

Original code was taken from somewhere in the internet. I only ported it to Handheld PC device.
