Code of Conduct

We are committed to offering an inclusive, collaborative and safe space for everyone involved in this event. We ask that all participants are committed to supporting equity, diversity and inclusion; we also ask that all participants have read the BIRS Code of Conduct and agree to follow it.

COVID Policies

We ask that all in-person participants take a COVID test in the 24-hour window before the workshop begins (between 9 am Friday, November 18 and 9 am Saturday, November 19 Mountain time). If you test positive, or have COVID-like symptoms, please attend the workshop online instead of coming to the workshop meeting room.

As per the Banff Centre's policies, "it is now optional for guests, participants and staff at Banff Centre to wear a mask while visiting the Banff Centre campus, however, masking is highly recommended in indoor spaces."
