We've slightly changed the schedule for the initial hour:

• the Overview and Timeline of Events will start pretty much immediately (9:15);

• the Icebreaker will be after that, on Gather, from 9:40ish to 10am (and continuing through the coffee break if people want). You can find the Gather link in the email you received from BIRS.
