Joshua is an intern at the Ott Lab at Gladstone Institutes and student at CCSF's biotech program. He graduated from UC Santa Cruz this last spring with a bachelors in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. Joshua spent his internship gaining cell culturing skills and learning the multiple facets of working on a scientific project. Being at Gladstone Institutes has fueled Joshua's drive to continue his engagement in science and work on future projects. At UCSC Joshua was a coordinator for Bayanihan, where he learned teamwork and leadership. In his free time, Joshua enjoys gardening, playing tetris, and cooking.
