Biotechnology Programs
A two year course of study that provides a solid foundation in the techniques used in research and biomanufacturing.
The Biotechnology certificate program prepares students to work in research lab at a university or a biotech company in quality control, or research and development.
The Biotechnology Work Experience certificate program provides technical training in the classroom and in the workplace. Students intern in an academic research lab or biotech company, and develop career skills needed to land a job.
FOR STUDENTS WITH LITTLE OR NO SCIENCE BACKGROUND
This program is designed for students with little or no previous science training. The courses use a blend of innovative teaching methods, including contextualized teaching, learning communities, problem based-learning, individual support and hands-on training in industry laboratories to train the biotech workforce of tomorrow, today.

There is no application process for the Biotechnology Program. To start any of the programs, first enroll at CIty College, then register for the classes recommended by the Prgram faculty.
