Students are responsible for:
reading any comments and taking action as recommended by the coordinator on ManageBac.
taking action on advice given by the coordinator during CAS interviews and meetings
having portfolios ready for assessment by the deadline – extensions are only given when requested prior to the deadline
meet with supervisors regularly to find out about any areas of concern before the supervisor’s report is sent.
Requirement for uploading evidence and reflections
Students must diligently maintain a record by uploading monthly evidence and reflections as part of their academic responsibilities. Each activity requires one piece of evidence along with one corresponding reflection. In cases involving out-of-school activities, students are expected to provide evidence on a weekly basis.
It is imperative that all evidence and reflections are submitted by the end of each month without fail. Failure to meet this deadline may result in students being assigned to the homework club as a measure to catch up on their academic obligations.
