FULL NAME
Pretty self explanatory, here you'll put down your character's full name. If your character doesn't go by their birthname, it's okay to write down their legal name, instead. We just need a first and last name for this section since this acts like their residential papers!

• If you want to check if a first or last name is taken (or even a combination of both), use the search bar in the top right corner! It will scan the database and let you know. If you're unsure and want to be 100% safe, it also never hurts to ask in the #help channel on the Discord server!

NICKNAMES
What your character goes by, or maybe just some fun nicknames.

GENDER
Your character's gender. This does not need to be your character's sex; we accept anyone from on the binary to off.

PRONOUNS
Your character's pronouns. We don't mind neopronouns! However, when you include neopronouns, please link their pronouns using this site, or list out their pronouns like subject-pronoun/object-pronoun/possessive-determiner/possessive-pronoun/reflexive-pronoun so that other people can refer to it! An example would be like they/them/their/theirs/themself!

HEIGHT
How tall your character is. Our maximum height allowed is 7 feet tall.

WEIGHT
Your character's weight. Please make sure this is accurate! You can use this website to visualize how your character's weight would look on them.

BIRTHDATE
[The format used for this is MM/DD/YYYY]
When was your character born? While our group does allow liquid time, the narrative will progress with IRL years. The youngest Beacon traveler can only be 16 years old, but we recommend the youngest being 17 years old. This is mainly because saving different dimensions is a heavy task that shouldn't really be placed on the shoulders of children.

ALIGNMENT
Your character's alignment. This follows the classic DnD alignments. This broadly describes their moral and personal attitudes.

• GOOD/EVIL/NEUTRAL - identifies morality

• LAWFUL/CHAOTIC/NEUTRAL - identifies attitudes towards society & order

• SUMMARY

  • • Lawful Good can be counted on to do the right thing as expected by society.

    • Neutral Good do the best they can to help others according to their needs.

    • Chaotic Good act as their conscience directs, with little regard for what others expect.

    • Lawful Neutral act in accordance with law, tradition, or personal codes.

    • True Neutral is those who prefer to steer clear of moral questions and don’t take sides, doing what seems best at the time.

    • Chaotic Neutral follow their whims, holding their personal freedom above all else.

    • Lawful Evil methodically take what they want, within the limits of a code of tradition, loyalty, or order.

    • Neutral Evil is those who do whatever they can get away with, without compassion or qualms.

    • Chaotic Evil act with arbitrary violence, spurred by their greed, Hatred, or bloodlust.

      • • This alignment will not be accepted as a Beacon employee because it would not make sense to join an organization made to help and save others.

OCCUPATION
Your characters occupation! Do they work at Café Phantasia? Maybe they work somewhere else, or not at all! All café workers are Beacon employees but not all Beacon employees are café workers! We encourage members to create their own character-run stores that we can add to Mirstone's lore!

HOW TO FILL THIS OUT:
Each bullet point should be filled out with the specific trait, and a little bit on how that's portrayed in the character!

ARE THE THREE CHARACTER TRAITS REQUIRED?

Nope! If it suits your fancy, you can 100% write your character's personality in paragraph form instead! Just make sure that there's enough for us and other members to get a good grasp on what your character is like!

ORIGIN
This is your character's originating dimension. First round characters will be from Earth, but there will be chances for off-dimension characters in the future!

HISTORY
This is basically your character's backstory. Our required minimum is that the history must be able to answer these questions so that we can get a clear view of how they exist in the Café Phantasia universe:

• How did they end up in Mirstone?

  • • They could be born here, moved in, or just a regular visitor to the town!

• How did they learn about the Beacon Company?

  • • If they were born in Mirstone, they could've known about Beacon's existence their entire life. If not, let us know how they learned about it!

• What inspired them into making the decision to be a part of the Beacon Company?

  • • There's gotta be a reason you'd put your life on the line to save dimensions that aren't your own.

• (OPTIONAL) What event is associated with their wish?

  • • We understand if a person doesn't know what their wish is! A quick debrief on wishes: The Dungeon Master (Cry) offers every employee a wish as a return for the risky nature of the job. This wish comes with no draw-backs and is meant to be purely beneficial to the employee as a thank-you. Feel free to give your character's wish a backstory!

You're able to add additional information to your character's history but again, those three questions need to be answered somehow in their story.

WISH
State your character's wish! Here are a list of things to note:

• You cannot ask for the death of any number of people or yourself. All wishes with the intention of spreading ill-will will be rejected.

• You cannot change any action that was done in the past, no matter how big or small it was.

• You cannot bring a person back from the dead.

• You cannot change or control another person's feelings or free-will.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
This is mainly for writers! Artists are free to still fill this out or skip it. Describe your main-world resident's appearance! Note that they must look/appear human. That unfortunately means no physical scales or feathers (but you're welcome to have them represented through tattoos; the same goes for wings). Hair colors will also have to be a natural color, but we do accept unnatural colors! (They will just be considered dyed.) The only unnatural part of the human we will allow is eye-color and pupil-shape. If you have any questions as to what's allowed, don't hesitate to ask in the Discord server's #help channel!

HOBBIES
What are some things your character is into? This is just to expand upon your character and give them a little more life! Try and make sure these fit in with your character.

LIKES
What does your character like? Try to list at least 2 things!

DISLIKES
What does your character dislike? Try to list at least 2 things!

VOICE CLAIM
Totally optional, and can also double on what your character's voice sounds like.

EXTRA INFORMATION
Anything else about the character you'd like to add!
