"Anyone noticed that it's been really chilly lately..?"
While the frosty weather in Silutika sets the winter mood, some of the locals have deemed it odd. The desert residents mentioned that some of the heat should have returned by now for ideal travel conditions. Meanwhile, the farmers are worried for the late start of their crops. The Beacon Company was asked to investigate this further in the Feywilds.
Travelers originating from the Feyrealm have revealed that there appears to be a discourse: the King of the Winter Court is refusing to pass his turn to the Queen of Spring. Upon interviewing the King, it appears that he adapted Nat's ideals of rising power and seeks to take control of the seasonal courts by causing an eternal winter across the wilds the courts have sway over. Other travelers have reported sightings of UNION agents stepping in and assisting the King with his reign.
The Queen of the Spring Court asks for your assistance as an eternal winter is detrimental to life in Silutika. Will you help?

1.) Don't Get Lost.

For those who don't understand the eb and flow of of the weird soup of space and time that is the feywild, it is very easy to get lost! Buddy up with a fellow beacon member, or a fae guide to ensure you're not the next Beacon employee on a missing poster.
Depict your traveler exploring a snowy feywild.
2.) Expose UNION.

UNION agents are hidden amongst the ranks of the the winter court, and are doing what they can to help secure the Winter King's reign, but the motives and means are unclear. Figure out who these agents are, and what plans are in place.
Depict your traveler looking for UNION agents!
3.) Bring the Spring

Push back against the impending gloom of an eternal winter, and help the spring court move in and restore what little sense of balance exists in the feywild.
Depict travelers getting ready for spring - helping clean fae houses, supplying food for hibernating critters, removing snow, planting seeds, playing games, etc.
You are also able to help Granny bake cookies to spread the happiness and feeling of spring!

[EVERYONE IS GIVEN 2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE EVENT TO EARN REWARDS.] That is a lot of time, but if you think you will still be turning in something late, you have until the 10th of the month to submit your creation and receive 1/2 of the reward. After that, we will no longer accept submissions for that prompt unless stated otherwise.
[THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE...] Visual creations (ie. digital & traditional artwork) must submit a colored half-body art and literature must submit at least 1,500 words. Everything will be viewed and read to ensure that the submission addresses the prompt it was made for. If we feel that the submission doesn't quite match the prompt, we'll let you know!
[RP LOGS AND CAMPAIGNS ARE ACCEPTED.] These must at least be 3,000 words. All of the participants will receive the same amount of rewards, so don't worry about figuring out how to split it evenly, haha.
[COLLABORATIONS ARE ALLOWED.] Speaking of which, yes, collaborations are indeed allowed! And you also don't have to worry about splitting the loot equally. Everyone receives the same amount of rewards!
[IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE OF YOUR OWN BEACON TRAVELERS IN THE SAME SUBMISSION...] They will all receive the same amount of rewards since they are participating in the event prompt.

She appears to be a local in the area and many refer to her by the title of "The Great Cookie Hag".
