Procedural training is an important component of the BST Ophthalmology Programme.

The logbook is intended to document progressive procedural exposure and development of competence throughout R1, R2 and R3.

Procedural numbers are indicative minimum expectations and must be interpreted alongside demonstrated competency, procedural safety, supervisor assessment and overall clinical performance.
