Belle's Royal Guest Hall

Be our guest, as Belle opens up the castle for a grand dining experience that has invited Princesses from all over the land to visit! Located in Belle’s Castle, this table service restaurant offers a fine mix of excellent cuisine with a Princess Meet and Greet. Guests first enter a main lobby, where they can check in for their meal. The lobby is modeled after the Main Foyer from Beauty and the Beast, offering some comfy chairs for guests to sit in as they wait. Once their table is ready, guests head up to the second floor by climbing up a staircase (or taking the gilded elevator, if need be). When going up the stairs, guests may notice a trio of stained-glass windows which tell the story of Beauty and the Beast.

Once guests reach the second floor, they find the grand dining room. The scene is evocative of the iconic Ballroom, with blue banners strung along the pristine white columns and a grand window depicting the countryside (a screen effect that changes over the course of the day, from a sunny day to a starry night). Though this is Belle’s castle, this is an event celebrating Princesses of all kinds, and heraldic banners representing nine of these princesses hang from the ceiling. Attentive guests may notice:

  • A blue and gold flag, decorated with seven gemstones and one apple (Snow White),

  • A silver and blue flag, featuring a glass slipper flanked by two mice (Cinderella),

  • A pink and blue flag, depicting a rose emerging from a briar patch (Aurora),

  • A purple and seafoam green flag, featuring a seashell and flute (Ariel),

  • A blue flag with a gold lamp, and accents from the magic carpet (Jasmine),

  • A red flag, with a dragon design framed around a single sword (Mulan),

  • A flag in green, gold, and purple, featuring a lily pad in its center and framed by a spatula and ladle (Tiana),

  • A purple flag emblazoned by a sun (Rapunzel),

  • And a purple and green flag, adorned with silhouette profiles of two sisters (Anna and Elsa)

Food and Drink

For the menu selection, Belle’s Royal Guest Hall places an emphasis on French cuisine for its food options. For instance, you can start off with a delightful appetizer such as cheese souffle or some potatoes au gratin. Adults can enjoy a fine entrée courtesy of a dish like beef bourguignon or chicken confit, while younger diners might enjoy some more accessible French delicacies such as croque monsieur or steak frites. Of course, a fine French meal wouldn’t be complete without a wondrous dessert like an apple tarte tatin or crème brulee, but don’t forget to try the Grey Stuff (grey-colored mousse served in an edible white chocolate teacup)! It’s delicious!

Princess Greeting Hall

Though the food may be the focus in this restaurant, there is one area that will be a popular spot to stop by. Off to the side of the main dining room is one of Belle’s libraries, which has been converted into a space where guests can meet some of their favorite Disney Princesses face to face. An attendant helps to manage the line of guests before these lucky people get to meet the Princesses. Once they do, guests can have a fun chat and photo with the Princesses, giving them an experience to remember and adding a wonderful touch to their dining experience.

Now, the exact Princesses that guests meet can vary depending on their time for their meal. Most often, the Princesses that are met in the Princess Greeting Hall are a pairing of two among Belle, Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora. The exact pair can vary depending on day and time, though other Princesses are also featured at different times during the year. For instance, summertime can feature Rapunzel and Tiana, while wintertime can see the arrival of Anna and Elsa.
