Requirements:

• • Notarized and Duly filled-up Application Form Download a copy here

  • Latest Tax Order of Payment (TOP)

  • Special Power of Attorney(SPA) or Authorization Letter (applicable if the processor is not the owner)

Process:

• Submit your application through email  at cenro@mandauecity.gov.ph, with a subject detail: EC Application Business Name, and attach the requirements needed.

Example: EC Application Juan Bakery

• Wait for the confirmation or acknowledgement in the email from MCENRO permitting staff for further instruction and remarks compliance.

• MCENRO permitting staff will prepare the Environmental Clearance for those with complete requirements submitted to the email.

• You will received a scanned copy of Environmental Clearance to your email used for application. (You may also claim the Original Copy of Environmental Clearance at MCENRO).
