• • Contract of Lease / Affidavit of Consent or No Rent / Tax Declaration (if owned)

(Acquire it through your lessor)

• DTI/SEC (complete set of pages) /CDA

(For DTI: Apply DTI , For SEC: Apply SEC , For CDA: Apply CDA

• Sworn Declaration of Capital Investment

(Available at BPLO Office or Download a copy)

• • Locational Clearance / CPDO Certification for Business Permit

Online Application

• Log in to iBPLS Mobile Responsive

• Click Business Permit > Application, then click + New Application

• Select New for Type of Application, Quarterly for Mode of Payment and 2026 for Tax Year

• Fill in Business Information and Registration, click Next

• Fill in Business Operation, click Next

• Fill in Line of Business

For business code, refer to the 2019 Updates to the 2009 PSIC, or you may search through the search box

• • Click + Add Line of Business, Search and select business line, then click + Add as New

  • Enter Capital Investment by clicking Edit on each added line of business and click Save

  • Upload Application Requirements by clicking each corresponding icon

Upload the required document (PDF or PNG/JPG, max 1 file, up to 25MB).

• • Once all information is complete, click NEXT.

• Review Summary and click Submit

Note: Once your application is submitted, it will go through each processes below.

Secure the Basic and Post-Registration Requirements and Proceed to BPLO Office and present the hard copies of the requirements for verification purposes.

Basic Requirements: 

• Barangay Clearance

• Contract of Lease / Affidavit of Consent or No Rent / Tax Declaration (if owned)

• DTI/SEC/CDA

• Notarized Sworn Declaration of Capital Investment

• Locational Clearance / CPDO Certification for Business Permit

• Original Copy of Official Receipt of Business Tax Payment

• 2025 Tax Order of Payment

Post-Registration Requirements:

• 2026 Real Property Tax Clearance

• 2026 Community Taxes - Company and Employee

• 2026 Occupational Tax (for professionals not requiring government examination, i.e. Brokers)

• 2026 Professional Tax Receipt (for those engaged in the practice of profession requiring government examination, i.e. Lawyers)

• Regulatory Clearances

  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

  • Environmental Conformity Clearance

  • Sanitary Permit

  • City Veterinary  Clearance (if applicable)

• Other applicable supplementary requirements (i.e. PCAB, FDA, Department of Energy, BSP)

• Updated Special Power of Attorney(SPA) / Secretary's Certificate (if claimant is not the owner)
