Online Application
Log in to iBPLS Mobile Responsive
Click Business Permit > Application, then click + New Application
Select New for Type of Application, Quarterly for Mode of Payment and 2026 for Tax Year
Fill in Business Information and Registration, click Next
Fill in Business Operation, click Next
Fill in Line of Business
For business code, refer to the 2019 Updates to the 2009 PSIC, or you may search through the search box
Click + Add Line of Business, Search and select business line, then click + Add as New
Enter Capital Investment by clicking Edit on each added line of business and click Save
Upload Application Requirements by clicking each corresponding icon
Upload the required document (PDF or PNG/JPG, max 1 file, up to 25MB).
Once all information is complete, click NEXT.
Review Summary and click Submit
Note: Once your application is submitted, it will go through each processes below.

Checking all the information filled out by the business registrant and if all required documents were uploaded is correct.

Payment
Application has been assessed and the Tax Order of Payment (TOP) has also been sent to registrant's email address, proceed to payment via online or walk-in.

Licensed Issued
The business owner/authorized may claim the official business permit after a proof of compliance with the post registration requirements

Claiming of Business Permit
Secure the Basic and Post-Registration Requirements and Proceed to BPLO Office and present the hard copies of the requirements for verification purposes.
