Process
Submit all requirements to BPLO
Wait for the assessment of change of Business Name and/or Ownership
Pay the assessment to the City Treasurer's Office - Cashier
Submit the assessment together with the Official Receipt to BPLO
Wait for the amended Business Permit.
Note: Once you claimed your Amended Business Permit, make sure to amend your details of the following offices:
Environmental Certificate, Sanitary Permit, Fire Certificate, City Veterinary Permit, and any other related permits/certificates
