Much like being in the right mindset, teachers need to embrace the appropriate qualities to help ensure that this new endeavor has the best chance of success!

Embracing the qualities of grit, transparency, and collaboration will help teachers be more successful. Teachers should be deliberate, intentional, and persevere.

Setting goals is important when it comes to accountability but we must take it a step further. The goals we set must be specific, intentional, and measured in order to gain momentum and be effective.
