Hanover Shared Streets Vision Plan

The Town of Hanover is developing a vision plan for multi-modal transportation improvements in Hanover that would comfortably serve all users, regardless of age or ability, whether they are walking, bicycling, driving, or riding transit, called the Hanover Shared Streets Vision Plan.

Key Considerations: Vehicle Speed, Designing for safety and comfort for people walking and bicycling (separating when necessary, reducing car speed when mixing), using self enforcing design, creating a comprehensive network that includes both primary corridors and quiet streets.
