Paradise for lovers of God

False start

When Jehovah God created heaven and earth He had a purpose with it. He placed a human being in the universe and wanted the earth being filled with nicely living good beings.

The Divine Creator envisioned a happy, glorious future for the man whom He created in His image. The picture God had in mind with His creation was defiled by the wrong thoughts of the first human beings who doubted the position of God and rebelled against Him by going in against His commandments. (Read: Necessity of a revelation of creation 1 Works of God and works of man)

God expelled Adam and Eve from His Royal Garden, the Garden of Eden which was a paradise. Those human beings had not destroyed it, but God had closed its gates for them. They also had to know that God’s wonderful creation was not damaged beyond repair. Straight ahead the loving Father had foreseen a solution against the curse of death. He gave an opportunity to their seed and the seed of David to bring a comforter and liberation from the curse of death.

God has determined to set things straight. He dearly wants to see us live the way he originally purposed. Our short and troubled existence is not “the real life,” for it is far inferior to what Jehovah has in mind. “The real life” that God wants for us is “everlasting life” under perfect conditions.

“ Fight the good fight of the faith, lay hold on the life eternal, whereunto thou wast called, and didst confess the good confession in the sight of many witnesses.” (1Ti 6:12 ASV)

“ laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on the life which is life indeed.” (1Ti 6:19 ASV)

Patient God

Thousands of years God allowed people to form themselves and to make a good world for themselves. Clearly they did not manage to do so.

There even came a time when God thought he would give man a last chance to save themselves to come to live in a better world. To no avail, not many willing to listen to Noah's warnings and having to see the water covering the whole world.

After the flood man could try again to build up a nice place to live. Soon they wanted other rules and regulations as well as kings, priests and judges. But rulers were eager to take the land of others and nations fought against nations.

God was willing to be with those who wanted to honour Him. He chose Himself a People. To that People of God He sent advisers and prophets so that they could learn what God wanted from them. Patiently God kept an eye on them and helped them where needed.

God having provide for a solution for man, accepted the ransom offering of His beloved son, Jesus Christ. When this sent one from God was on earth for the first time many did not want to accept him and even were asking to have him killed. God allowed this to happen, but raised that son of man from the dead.

Jehovah gave mankind an example to what could be their part too. Patiently He allowed the followers of His son to go around spreading the Good News of the coming Kingdom of God. Jesus disciples could make again new disciples who in their turn were willing to proclaim the Gospel.

Jehovah is willing to give the world the opportunity to convert and to make the right choice until the time that everywhere shall have sounded that Good News of the Kingdom of God. Him being patient is also willing to see how people can endure in this time of age or system of things, and keep to His commandments. At that time the End-times with the Day of Jehovah shall come and God shall restore His Paradise.

“ And as for both these kings, their hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table: but it shall not prosper; for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.” (Da 11:27 ASV)

“ And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.” (Mt 10:22 ASV)

“ And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a testimony unto all the nations; and then shall the end come.” (Mt 24:14 ASV)

Before the restoration a Big Battle

Mankind has to prove himself to be worthy of their Creator. Lots of people do not want to know about Him nor His son and do everything they can do to take others away from Jehovah.

From the Bible Writings we do know that God shall give the world enough time to change, but that at one time there shall be no time any more to change, and everybody shall come to see that the end is near and God's Day looming behind the corner. People received warnings from God by the prophets and by the signs which shall become visible when the Day of the vengeance of God shall arrive.

Sings as the disputes between family members, children and their parents, religious groups against other religious groups, nations against nations as well as the increase of natural disasters shall come unto people so that they shall know it is high time to make resolutions.

The followers of Christ are aware that we are coming in particular times and that Jehovah God will soon destroy the present wicked system of things. The world is rapidly approaching what the Bible calls Har–Magedon, or Armageddon. Believing and non-believing people shall have to face a very Great Tribulation. Though it might come as a thief in the night, those who study the scriptures shall be able to see the signs given by God.

“14 for they are spirits of demons, working signs; which go forth unto the kings of the whole world, to gather them together unto the war of the great day of God, the Almighty. 15 (Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.) 16 And they gathered them together into the place which is called in Hebrew Har-Magedon.” (Re 16:14-16 ASV)

The world shall not be able to escape that great battle where all who oppose God’s Kingdom and who are a part of Satan’s wicked system will be eliminated. Only those loyal to Jehovah will survive.

“ After these things I saw, and behold, a great multitude, which no man could number, out of every nation and of all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands;” (Re 7:9 ASV)

“ And I say unto him, My lord, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they that come out of the great tribulation, and they washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” (Re 7:14 ASV)

“11 And I saw the heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon called Faithful and True; and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 And his eyes are a flame of fire, and upon his head are many diadems; and he hath a name written which no one knoweth but he himself. 13 And he is arrayed in a garment sprinkled with blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which are in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and pure. 15 And out of his mouth proceedeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty. 16 And he hath on his garment and on his thigh a name written, KINGS OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. 17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in mid heaven, Come and be gathered together unto the great supper of God; 18 that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses and of them that sit thereon, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, and small and great. 19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat upon the horse, and against his army. 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought the signs in his sight, wherewith he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast and them that worshipped his image: they two were cast alive into the lake of fire that burneth with brimstone: 21 and the rest were killed with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, even the sword which came forth out of his mouth: and all the birds were filled with their flesh.” (Re 19:11-21 ASV)

Survivers of the cataclysm

Those that survive that cataclysm shall see how Jesus shall judge the living and the dead and shall give a start to a thousand years or the Millennial Age in which he and his chosen ones shall rule and educate the ones called to live and enter the narrow gate of his and his Father's kingdom.

After that Big Battle, several will be ready for the promised new heavens and the promised new earth, all landscaped with righteousness.

“ But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.” (2Pe 3:13 ASV)

From the Assembled Set Apart Scriptures we learn that 'Satan and his demons' (the adversaries of God) will be put out of commission, locked away in a shut and tightly sealed abyss of inactivity during the Thousand Year Reign of Jesus Christ. No longer will those wicked, malicious creatures be lurking behind the scenes, fomenting trouble and trying to goad us into acts of unfaithfulness against God.

“1 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, the old serpent, which is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, 3 and cast him into the abyss, and shut it, and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, until the thousand years should be finished: after this he must be loosed for a little time.” (Re 20:1-3 ASV)

Only after that time of thousand years there will be a very short time when those who were not yet tempted or were never deceived, shall have to undergo a final test from God, undergoing the temptation of opposition against God.

After that ultimate test Jesus shall handover his kingdom to his heavenly Father and all those still alive shall find for them a beautiful world without any problems, pain or suffering. A restored Paradise.

Earthly paradise

Lots of people think they go to heaven after they die. But that is not a Biblical teaching. When we die we decay and become dust, not able to think, feel or to do anything. Our life shall be finished, and we shall be in a similar state like we were before we were born.

The bible brings us Good News and gives us a picture what we might expect when we live according to the Wishes and Commandments of God.

It is by the return of Jesus that those who died throughout the ages shall be called out of the graves to be judged by Christ. He shall not give them a judgement before that time. It is also from that time onwards that all forms of sickness will vanish and that those accepted by Jesus to stay in their renewed life shall find a restored world where there shall no difficulties any more and where nobody shall have to suffer. All the faults from the previous life shall be forgiven and everybody shall receive a healthy body, able to wake up every morning, from a refreshing night’s sleep, with renewed energy, filled with vigor and eager for a new day of vibrant life and satisfying work. Before people will know it they shall be alive and healed, the very picture of health!

“ And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.” (Isa 33:24 ASV)

“5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. 6 Then shall the lame man leap as a hart, and the tongue of the dumb shall sing; for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.” (Isa 35:5-6 ASV)

“ His flesh shall be fresher than a child’s; He returneth to the days of his youth.” (Job 33:25 ASV)

It is not that we shall have a chance of boredom, because there shall still plenty to do. It shall be up to those alive to start rebuilding everything and to transform the earth into a paradise. It shall be to them to clear any vestiges of the polluted old system away. All shall be able to do what they love to do. Parks and gardens will emerge in place of slums and ruined land. As time passes, those paradisal parts of the earth will grow and merge until the entire globe meets the standard of beauty set by the Creator back in the garden of Eden and shall provide everything what man needs, them being able to eat what they grow. All will enjoy comfortable, pleasant housing.

“ And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.” (Isa 65:21 ASV)

In this present world the relationship with animals is disturbed. But from the Scriptures we learn that at the time of restoration animals would not have to fear man any more. Such a state shall also allow the wolf to romp with the lamb, the leopard sleeping with the kid. Also the animals shall have enough to eat and not having to worry. Calf and lion will eat from the same trough, and a little child will tend them, calves and cubs growing up together, and the lion eating straw like the ox. The nursing child will crawl over rattlesnake dens, the toddler stick his hand down the hole of a serpent and their parent should not have to be afraid something bad would happen.

“6 And the wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. 7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder’s den.” (Isa 11:6-8 ASV)

All shall feel like one family, united in God's World. Peace will reign in every heart, in every house, in every part of the earth.

“1 «A Song of Ascents; of David.» Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious oil upon the head, That ran down upon the beard, Even Aaron’s beard; That came down upon the skirt of his garments; 3 Like the dew of Hermon, That cometh down upon the mountains of Zion: For there Jehovah commanded the blessing, Even life for evermore.” (Ps 133:1-3 ASV)

“ But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig-tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of Jehovah of hosts hath spoken it.” (Mic 4:4 ASV)

All that goodness that shall fill the world is because all shall know the goodness of the Divine Creator. It is that knowledge of our Creator which changes people. Already in this world those who led themselves by guided by the Word of God can enjoy from the fruits of their faith.

You too can start today to build up a peaceful world for God. Living by the commandments of God and following biblical teachings, doing away with all the human false doctrines, you shall be able to find already inner peace, as well as opportunities to bring change in your present life, whilst you shall find strength in the hope for that better future which is promised to all lovers of God.

“ They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea.” (Isa 11:9 ASV)

What believers in the Only One True God and true followers of Christ Jesus may expect is just wonderful. When the knowledge of God shall fill the earth there will be an extensive educational program under the direction of the King Jesus Christ and his 144,000 corulers.

Inhabitants of the new world will be taught by Christ and his chosen ones, to treat their fellow humans with love, respect, and dignity, and the brotherly love shall make it that there shall be no wars any more. How wonderful and how beautiful that will be, when brothers and sisters get along!

“ He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; He breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; He burneth the chariots in the fire.” (Ps 46:9 ASV)

Throughout the Millennium, a wonderful miracle will be taking place. For mankind, it will be perhaps the most thrilling aspect of Christ’s Thousand Year Reign. Jehovah will direct his Son to apply the benefits of the ransom sacrifice to each and every faithful and obedient man and woman. By that means, all sin will be removed and mankind will be raised to perfection.

At the end of the Millennium, when Jesus hands over his kingdom to his heavenly Father, Who was and always will be greater than Christ, all people shall find peace of mind and a lovely world to live in, with the assurance that there shall never come an end to their life in that beautiful Paradise. They all shall be able to enjoy themselves. Physically, mentally, emotionally, morally, spiritually—in every way imaginable—perfect humans will fully meet God’s standards.
