Rank 1: Druid – Initiate of the guild.

Duties:
- Follow guild and alliance rules
- Be active in discord or in game
Perks:
- Bronze link distro from Omnis (must be present)
- Loot distro at end of boss runs
- Guild house access which includes:

Rank 2: Druid Loyalist – Active and promising druid recruit.

How to become:
1. Have been in BEAR 1+ Month
2. Add all your characters to BEAR in-game (#”Adding Your Alts”)
3. Add all your characters to #member-list
4. Active in BEAR activities / chat
5. Uphold #”Our Ethos” and ⁠guild-rules valiantly
Duties:
1. Same as rank 1
2. Be active in group content
3. Actively support guild and alliance on callouts
Perks:
1. Same as rank 1
2. Access to silver and gold link raffles

Rank 3: Druid Veteran – Veteran players with a deep understanding of game mechanics.

How to become:
1. Have reached rank of Druid Loyalist
2. Have been in BEAR 3+ months
3. Shows unwavering dedication to the guild
Duties:
1. Same as rank 2
2. Drive farming of dungeon bars
3. Attend boss runs, executing mechanics majority of the time
4. Assist newer players in understanding the mechanics of Outlands
Perks:
1. Same as rank 2
2. Real estate priority

Rank 4: Sage – Veteran players who enjoy leading group content.

How to become:
1. Have reached rank of Druid Veteran
2. Show competency when present in boss runs
3. Show eagerness to do boss runs
Duties
1. Same as rank 3
2. Lead farming of dungeon bars
3. Lead boss runs, including explaining mechanics of each boss and calling shots during the run.
4. Distribute loot at the end of group content
Perks:
1. Same as rank 3
2. 20k gold per boss, limited to 100k per session when marshaling
3. Access to sage chests
4. In-game rank of “Sage”

Rank 5: Elder – Guild officer

How to become:
1. Have reached rank of Sage
2. Show desire to be a leader or show leadership traits
3. Bring something unique to the Elder+ table
Duties:
1. Same as rank 4
2. Recruiting
3. Assisting in resolution of conflicts and other matters
4. Be active in the Alliance Discord
Perks:
1. Same as rank 4
2. Voting in guild decisions
3. 10% link discount on raffles
4. Access to Elder Chests
5. Ability to run guild T8s
6. In-game rank of “Elder”
7. Access to the “Officer” Courtyard of the guild house

Rank 6: Chieftain – The Chieftain of the Order of the Druid Bears.
