Completed hole inside (should have taped paper under drill hole to catch the debris)
Completed hole outside
Feed the white duct through the wall and through the gasblock backplate. Black cable is an ethernet cable which will go from the router to a different part of the building.
Fixed backplate, only two screws are needed, and in this case a wooden plug was used to anchor it in the right place.
Completed gasblock unit with the ethernet following the old tv cable to the gutters.
Drilling the first of the 3 holes for the router backplate
Fitted backplate.
NB, this is not the normal back to front entry point, but the plaster was chiselled out to soften the curve into the ftu and allow the ethernet to be in the right place without drilling two holes.
