The Human Resources (HR) Department handles membership relations, welfare, involvement, and concerns of the organization.
The roles and responsibilities of the Vice President for Human Resources include, but are not limited to, the following:
Overseeing all Human Resource-related operations in the organization
Overseeing task delegation and execution, and operations within the department
Supervising the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives for the current academic year
Overseeing the organization-focused evaluations in collaboration with the Office of the Secretary-General
Overseeing and evaluating the performance of the department members
Coordinating with the necessary departments with regards to training and development of respective department members
Ensuring and maintaining member engagement across the organization.

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Organizational Development include, but are not limited to, the following:
Devises the Points System;
Facilitates training and development efforts; ands
Handles the planning, implementation, and evaluation of seminars.
The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Performance Management include, but are not limited to, the following:
Managing the Systems and Analytics Masterfile;
Analyzing and collating feedback and insights on integrated HR operations; and
Assisting the Human Relations Vice President with relaying of feedback.

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Welfare and Engagement include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supervising the Family System;
Overseeing recreational initiatives of the Ateneo Psyche Student Council; and
Facilitating wellbeing and engagement efforts across the organization
