Vice President for Community Development
Vice President for Community Development
The roles and responsibilities of the Vice President for Community Development include the following:
Managing the human resources and operations of the whole Community Development Department
Serving as the liaison between the Ateneo Psyche and the beneficiaries falling under the department’s focus
Focusing on awareness of psychological wellness through efforts that provide experiential applications of psychological concepts, and promoting awareness of the current state of the nation’s mental health sector
Supervising all Community Development projects

Associate Vice President for Advocacy Formation
Associate Vice President for Advocacy Formation
The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Advocacy Formation include, but are not limited to, the following:
Overseeing alignment of Psyche’s advocacies with projects;
Spearheading information and awareness campaigns regarding our partner communities and the national mental health sector;
Supervising passive screening for prospective community partners; and
Coordinating with the ComDev VP with updates and the status of partner communities’ advocacy work.

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Project Development include, but are not limited to, the following:
Developing plans for concrete semestral advocacy initiatives;
Streamlining process for PMTs regarding Psyche’s project systems;
Devising tracking and update system for projects;
Coordinating with the AdForm AVPs for advocacy alignment assessment; and
Coordinating with the ComDev VP regarding the immersion plans with partner communities.
