Managing the department, sub-departments, and its constituents, through the sub-department Associate Vice Presidents
Overseeing and monitors the entirety of the department, including human resources and outputs created by the members, assuring quality and brand consistency
Handling the documents and frameworks of the department and enforces such structures to streamline all processes within
The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Design and Creative Direction include, but are not limited to, the following:
Overseeing production of promotional materials and illustrations needed by other departments.
Participating in the Branding Management Procedures;
Helping with the screening team for projects;
Developing the Brand Manual and Brand Book with the Brand Management Team;
Becoming co-OIC for projects; and
Managing job orders for their sub-department.

Overseeing production of internal communication materials and specialized social media materials and gimmicks.
Participating in the Branding Management Procedures;
Helping with the screening team for projects;
Developing the Brand Manual and Brand Book with the Brand Management Team;
Becoming co-OIC for projects; and
Managing job orders for their sub-department.
The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Production and Documentation include, but are not limited to, the following:
Overseeing production of animations, video and photo editing, event live streaming, and remote photoshoots.
Participating in the Branding Management Procedures;
Helping with the screening team for projects;
