Each of our projects are planned and carried out by a Project Management Team (PMT), which is composed of the Officers-in-Charge (OIC), Project Head/s (PH), Committee Heads, and Committee Members.
Listed below are the positions you may choose to take on, the responsibilities for the roles, and the different committees.
Project Heads are responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the project and all committees of the PMT. They are also in charge of updating the overall OIC, as well as creating the Project Proposal Form (PPF) and getting it approved by the Office of Student Activities (OSA).
Committee Heads are responsible for managing and overseeing their committee, its members, and its deliverables. They are also in charge of updating their designated committee OIC.
Committee Members are responsible for assisting their Committee Head/s and accomplishing deliverables under their respective committees. They are also in charge of updating their Committee Head/s on their progress.
Some projects require additional help from members outside the PMT, so sign-ups are sometimes released for project volunteers to help during the Project Execution Phase. They usually assist in filling booth shifts and roving around campus for promotional purposes.
The needed committees within each PMT change as necessary, but standard ones include the following:

This is where the PMT evaluates the project for proper processing and archival. Officers-in-Charge from the Central Board will be responsible for conducting these post-processing sessions.
The 2021 Branding Management Procedures Manual of Ateneo Psyche is currently being revised and will be finalized towards the end of December 2023. The Branding Management Procedures Manual contains all the processes and the necessary details concerned when it comes to keeping Psyche's branding.
The Mock Blast Procedures Manual is vital for promotional blasts, whether project-related or otherwise, and helps release quality material.
The Finance Protocols are guidelines for any financial and logistical processes we need. This includes the Finance Systems Processes Manual, and the OSA Processes from 2020-2021.
