The roles and responsibilities of the Chief Finance Officer include, but are not limited to, the following:
Managing the department, sub-departments, and its constituents
Overseeing and monitoring the entirety of the department, including human resource and transactions
Handling the documents and frameworks involving monetary transactions of the organization
Establishing these frameworks and systems to streamline departmental processes

Associate Finance Officer for Financial Management
The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Finance Officer for Financial Management include, but are not limited to, the following:
Conceptualizing and executing future department and income-generating projects;
Acting as the Finance OICs for future projects by other departments; and
Guiding Finance Head/s in projects and Central Board officers in fulfilling finance requests.

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Finance Officer for Training and Development include, but are not limited to, the following:
Planning and facilitating workshops that will prepare department members for finance-related work;
Creating strategies to maximize department member engagement; and
Assesing department and member performance.
