The roles and responsibilities of the Vice President for External Relations include the following:

• Manages the department, sub-departments, and its constituents, through the sub-department Associate Vice Presidents;

• Oversees and monitors the entirety of the department, including department trackers and documentaries, human resources, and outputs created by the members, assuring quality and brand consistency;

• Handles the documents and frameworks of the department and enforces such structures to streamline all processes within; and

• Serves as an ExRel OIC for projects

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Corporate Relations include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Scouts and contacts potential sponsorship opportunities;

• Communicates with non-project sponsors, but oversees communication for project sponsorships;

• Coordinates with the concerned department for any concerns about sponsorship or partnership opportunities; and

• Screens and approves sponsorship proposals in projects.

• Serves as an ExRel OIC for projects alongside a deputy.

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Accounts Management include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Scouts and contacts potential partner organizations;

• Communicates with non-project partners, but oversees communication for project partnerships;

• Communicates with non-project partner committees, but oversees communication for project partnership committees; 

• Screens and approves partnership proposals in projects; and

• Serves as an ExRel OIC for projects alongside a deputy.

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate Vice President for Client Relations include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Scouts and contacts potential year-long partnerships and sponsorships;

• Builds sustainable partnerships with clients, and identifies opportunities to strengthen the relationship with them;

• Communicates with non-project year-long partnerships, but oversees communication for project partnerships; and

• Manages alumni relations.

• Serves as an ExRel OIC for projects alongside a deputy.
