“RED has been one of my favorite things to work on this year. It required a lot of work but when you're working with such a passionate and talented team you can't help but be swept up by how motivated they all are. And I think it truly helped how they communicated their needs with us because that helped Carms and I understand how to guide them better. Honestly, I've met a lot of new people from RED and I'm looking forward to work with all of them again someday. I'm so grateful for all the effort they've put into RED, it wouldn't have been the same without them.”

Project Management Teams (PMT) are the formally recognized bodies under the Central Board which consist of members responsible for planning and organizing specific projects and initiatives of Ateneo Psyche. Each project has its own PMT, which is composed of the Officers-in-Charge, Project Head/s, Committee Heads, and Committee Members. Each member of the PMT will be given points based on their position in the PMT.

Officers-in-Charge (OIC/s) are Central Board officers who have been deployed to oversee projects and are to be formally recognized as part of the PMTs.
PROJECT HEAD
PROJECT HEAD
Project Heads shall be given full control in deciding the direction they want to take their project, provided that they inform the overall OIC of any and all decisions made.
A list of eligible members who can apply as Project Head for the set of projects in a semester and the timeline of applications will be posted in the members’ Facebook group. Aspiring Project Heads will have to fill up the application form and submit to the Ateneo Psyche email. Once done, an email will be sent to the candidate regarding the acceptance or rejection of the application.

Committee Heads shall be responsible for overseeing the deliverables and Committee Members under their respective committees. Sign-ups will be posted in the members’ Facebook group. This application will be done through a Google Form response. Aside from being a member of the organization, there are no other qualifications needed to apply for this position.
