Why: To find out more about possibilities and uses of graphic design by understanding other's paths

• Please write ~100 words on each designer. You must use complete sentences.

-Topics could include: their bio, style, why you like it

• Find at least 3 images you like that represent the graphic designers you choose.

70% based on your research 30% based on presentation & quality of presentation (the look of it). Think of your presentation as a work of Graphic Design. Design your presentation to look unique and interesting!

You can make ANYTHING! Watch a youtube video, make a card or something for a friend(we can print it), experiment with new tools, make a new course image for schoology (Graphic Design I - Hour 2).

NEED INSPIRATION?

1.   Scroll down until you see "Explore Past Challenges" Pick a challenge that looks interesting to you.

2.   Click "Get Started" to download the file you can start with, or just start a new document.

3.   Click "Watch Video" and skip to the instructions/demonstrations

4.   Post at least 2 completed challenges here by the end of the quarter (total 4) (as AI and JPG!). Ask questions or show some of your creations on the discussion board!

Fixing Bad Designs

You will be recreating four different advertisement fliers and improving them in Illustrator. Read the directions on each slide, then make a new one that focuses on the desired message.
