Purpose of this meeting is to honor the work of the school, clarify the context of the self-study and how it was conducted, and gain an initial view of what have been the benefits and chalolenges for the school in conducting the self-study.

Evaluation Team and co-leader will have one session less as they will lead Part 1 meetings instead on one of the 3 days.

TEACHERS - faculty reps by division where appropriate - with different teacher participants in each meeting
SUPPORT STAFF - one 60 min meeting with appropriate reps from a variety of non leadership, non-teaching roles
STUDENTS - reps by division where appropriate- with pair of evaluators assigned to that division horizontal report, each lasting 60 min.
PARENTS - a diverse range of representatives, e.g. age of children, length of time associated with the school) by division where appropriate

Team Leader and co-leader to meet with a representative group to talk about the school's conclusion.
