*The defines explicit criteria in appraising performance of teaching staff, however, HR does not have specific and uniform criteria to evaluate performance of non-teaching staff, thus, the following steps will be undertaken: Teachers Appraisal Form
*1. Create and propose Appraisal Form for Non-teaching staff to be used for the next academic year.
*2. HR to develop an Appraisal Policy. This will enhance procedure on Evaluation Performance, (please refer to p. 8 of the Employee Handbook).
*It is evident that a Professional Development Program is provided to the staff, however, to improve on PD, the following action will be undertaken:
*1. Develop policy statements to identify specific goals and objectives as well as priorities that encourages the development of all staff.

Domain G1 [Major] - The Facilities Manager (or respective principals) and key members of the Health and Safety Committee develop an improved dismissal procedure with the aim of providing an enhanced level of security and safety for students.
Domain G1 - The Head of Science reviews and reinforces operating guidelines in the labs in order to improve general safety
Domain G2 - The Senior Leadership Team develops and seeks Board approval and funding for an overarching technology plan in order to better support and enhance learning programmes.
School Planned Actions:
1. To document Internal security Inspection;
2. To standardize accident report procedure;
3. Provide additional emergency exit or suitable alternative exits for High School students in Awal building.
4. Review the end of the school day dismissal procedure.
*The Leadership Team together with the Health and Safety Team work
collaboratively to facilitate safe, secure and healthy environment to APG school
community. For the school to improve in delivering efficient services as required
to support its mission and educational programmes, the following specific actions
are to be taken:
*1. Health and Safety Team to develop a Policy and Procedure Manual on Safety and Security.
*2. Health and Safety Team to provide English translation of Safety information written in Arabic text.
*3. Important and basic information of the school's auxiliary services should be included in the Employee Handbook.

Domain H2 - APG leadership team and coordinators seek ways to promote more active and regular involvement of parents in the life of the school.
Domain H2 - APG leadership team and coordinators continue to establish networks and partnerships with external organizations to enrich students learning experiences and develop the qualities of a global citizen
School Planned Actions:
For more successful and effective partnership with parents, and to support and monitor students learning and progress, the following actions will be taken:
1. Sustain and maximize the use of the SIMS, SLG, and other communication platform and tools.
2. Enhance yearly survey tools administered to parents and students, and include related CIS Domains.
3. Improve students and parents handbook.
*APG School communicates effectively with parents and guardians through various ways. However to improve on Standard C1 to progress and move on to meet the criteria for Preparatory Stage, the school has to take the following specific actions:
*1. To pursue efficient communication with parents through the full implementation of the SIMS CAPITA, school information management system.
*2. To seek opinions or views of parents about the school and the education it provides to students through effective data gathering tools and to take key issues and concerns to be analyzed and addressed.
