Community Survey
The school develops a narrative based on an analysis of the survey results including (but not confined to) the points of analysis detailed in the instructions. While the statistics emerging from the survey will be of interest, it will be much more important for Evaluation Team Members to read how the school has acted or plans to act to produce institutional improvement in response to the main survey findings.

Evaluator's Response
The school provided a detailed narrative based on the analysis of the survey results and developed plans to address areas of growth connected with the constituents' perceptions regarding the nature and quality of the education provided at Arabian Pearl Gulf School. The school has indicated that the community survey helped AGPS to gather, analyze, and evaluate the perceptions of all stakeholders.
The evaluation team saw evidence that the school took actions in order to impact institutional improvement in response to the community survey findings.
The survey showed that there appeared to be a great deal of agreement amongst the respondents in their answers, and throughout the survey the responses appeared to be largely positive. In presenting an analysis from the results of the survey, the school has identified areas where it has been praised, where further development is required, and finally, its own response to the findings indicating its plans for the future.
Other areas of concern that have been identified and in its response to the survey the school has since then up-skilled the use of technology and digital citizenship using a digital learning platform or ADL across all grades.
The areas of weakness identified by this group included the Internet, maintenance of premises and equipment, cultural diversity, and school hygiene. All of these issues have been acknowledged in the school's responses and plans to address these further are in progress.
Parents were the stakeholders with the lowest participation in the school survey, and the survey was administered twice to parents. The school determined that more work needed to be done in order to communicate more accessible terms to this group.
In general, the analysis of data was done with a critical eye and a genuine attempt was made to reflect on the findings.
