INSIDE THE APARTMENT

Although we love animals, no pets are allowed in the apartments, terraces, balconies or patios. The only exception are guide dogs, which must provide a certificate to verify this.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, you can do it outside but do not throw ashes or cigarette butts in the street or in the courtyard, throw them away.

Take care of the children for their safety and that they do not disturb other users, those responsible are their guardians or companions.

Take care of the equipment and furniture of the apartment, when other people leave, they will also need it. Do not stand on the sofa, pouf, chairs or beds, and do not put your shoes on them.

It is forbidden to climb on the railings of the balconies and change floors through the balconies or windows. If you do not have the keys, let us know and we will come and open the door.

If you have a broken appliance or something is broken, let us know and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

We offer a laundry service for bed linen or bath clothes and/or cleaning of the apartment. Write to us requesting the necessary service, at least 24 hours in advance, and indicating the schedule that suits you by email, WhatsApp or SMS to +34 682 806 871. We are not responsible for personal valuables inside the apartment, even during these services.
