AIR CONDITIONING OPERATION

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold, and heating, with independent thermostats.

During the summer and intermediate seasons the heating will remain closed. If you need cold or heat you must use the air conditioning system. When you are outside the house or with the windows open to the air conditioning you must be off.

During the summer and at peak hours of heat we recommend that you close the blinds on the windows and balconies to prevent heat from entering the pee and thus keep the apartment cooler, help preserve the environment without spending current to cool it.
