COEXISTENCE WITH THE ENVIRONMENT

Remember that you are in a building and that more people live in it, avoid unnecessary noise out of respect for the neighbours during the day. At night, between 22:00 y 8:00 h (10:00 pm y 8:00 am) it is forbidden to make noise by law and if you disturb, those affected have the right to call the police.

Do not throw anything from balconies or windows, both on the patio side and on the street side.

Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the building, and obviously in the elevator.

It is forbidden to leave rubbish on the stairs and in the hall of the building, to avoid bad smells and spills, and to not hinder people's mobility, especially in case of emergency.

Do not leave objects on the stairs or in the hall of the building (bicycles, baby carriages ...) so as not to hinder the mobility of people, especially in case of emergency.

Do not enter any apartment other than your own without permission, and respect people and their objects as you would like them to respect you.
