The SEA Teacher practicum at UNP Labschool was an incredibly enriching and transformative experience. It offered participants the chance to develop not only as educators but also as individuals, giving them valuable skills and insights that will last a lifetime. 

Throughout the practicum, participants were supported by the school's staff, students, and mentor teachers. This supportive environment created a warm, positive, and collaborative atmosphere where everyone felt encouraged to grow. The guidance and kindness from the teachers and staff played an essential role in helping participants adjust and feel at home. 

By observing and participating in the educational practices of the Philippines, participants gained a much deeper understanding of the country's approach to teaching and learning. They were able to see firsthand the unique cultural values and traditions within the Philippine education system. This exposure broadened their perspectives, allowing them to appreciate different approaches to teaching and to think more openly and creatively about their own teaching methods.

The experience also helped participants build essential traits like flexibility and resilience. Adapting to a new environment with different languages, routines, and teaching methods required patience and adaptability, which are crucial qualities for any teacher. This journey challenged participants to overcome obstacles, making them more confident and capable educators.
