Toys for Vets: Giftwrapping Toys for Veterans' Children
December 2016. Unit 82 volunteered alongside Bank of America employees. The Menlo Park VA gym was cold, but there were plenty of warm hearts. Gifts were donated by Marines Toys for Tots. Veterans chose free gifts for their children.

2016 Holiday at VA's Building 331
Peninsula Thunder soccer players assisted in food prep for the holiday festivities. The young ladies delivered gifts to patient rooms. Katie (in blue) connected the team with the Auxiliary; player in black created holiday cards in Braille.
From 2011-2016, the Peninsula Thunder soccer team took time off the field to created holiday cards to accompany Auxiliary gifts. The young ladies are high school seniors or off to college now. 10.5.18
