POPPY DRIVE MONTH. In May, all Units offer Poppies to their members, the American Legion and the public in exchange for donations towards our programs. Enclosed with the letter are two poppies--handmade by veterans as part of their therapeutic rehabilitation. Poppy donations are earmarked to directly assist veterans in our community. The American Legion Auxiliary is an IRS-recognized non-profit organization. 11-8-22

Generous volunteer Graciela crocheted and donated 100 hats. Hats were distributed to patients at the Menlo Park VA and homeless vets serviced by the VA chaplain. (2016)
