Aug/Sep: Congressman Kevin Mullin's field rep attended our Girls State Brunch and resented certificates of accomplishments to our Girls State Citizens. We continue to volunteer at VA-Menlo Park Bingo games and provide prizes along with the Young Men's Service League. Our recent donations: VA-MP Bldg. 331 granted $110 Netflix subscription and $50 for GooglePlay; Elks Lodge Redwood City received $500 for their October Packing Day. Our Girls State Citizen from Crystal Springs was inspired to create 40 care boxes for veterans dealing with food insecurity. She previously volunteered at a SMC Blue Star Moms packing day in 2025 at P105. The collection and assembly occurred on Labor Day at Post 105. October 3, Post 105 hosting its annual SOS Breakfast. November 11, Post 105 organizes the Veterans Day Ceremony at Courthouse Square, Redwood City.

Aug: Sons rib cookoff fundraiser a success and brought in 54 + people! Breakfast continues to average about 30 meals. Auxiliary had a NFL kickoff spaghetti dinner that brought 24 people. Labor Day BBQ had great attendance. Auxiliary is donating $500 to the Elks packing event in October; members will attend the luncheon and help packing. Karaoke Friday 9/18 7-10pm. Breakfast 9/20 10am-1pm.
Apr: April's breakfast served 37. The boosters, the Post, and Auxiliary cleaned up outside area and it looks really nice. 5/10 Mother’s Day first drink free were free for ladies. 5/13 trivia night at 6:30pm. 5/15 Karaoke Friday, 7-10pm. 5/17 Girls State Orientation Post 585 at 1pm. 5/25 Memorial Day Ceremony at 12pm, 5/25 BBQ. 6/7 Next breakfast, Moco Loco Special, 10- 1pm.
