Teriyaki chicken (gf)
2-4 chicken breasts (1 per person)
80ml of soy sauce
60g of brown sugar
1 clove of garlic
Basmati rice
Chop the chicken into pieces roughly the same size.
Dice the garlic (don’t crush it)
Add the soy sauce and brown sugar into a bowl and mix until the sugar has dissolved
Put the chicken into the marinade and make sure the chicken is covered by the marinade
Leave in the fridge for at least 30 mins. The longer you leave it the better the flavour
Heat up a frying pan to a medium heat.
Using tongs, put the chicken into a frying pan to cook. If you wanted you could pour the remaining marinade in too.
Cooked for rice and any vegetables you like (we recommend peas with this meal)
Once everything is cooked, plate it up and enjoy
