Cheese twists

Makes 30 cheese twists

Ingredients

  • 350g puff pastry sheets (Jus-Rol)

  • 30g of grated parmesan

Method

  1. Roll the pastry out on a dusted surface

  2. Grate out the parmesan and lay it out over the pastry

  3. Fold the pastry over and knead the pastry so the cheese is equally distributed

  4. Roll the pastry out to fairly thin and section each twist

  5. Twist or shape as you wish your pastry and place onto a baking tray

  6. Cook for 15 mins
