Importance of the Transcript

Transcripts are an important part of developing a student's profile for a college application. It details a student's course interests, selections, rigor, academic proficiency via grades, credit earned and in some cases test scores. Students should think carefully about demonstrating a consistent academic record of excellence beginning Freshman year, as it will contribute to many more collegiate opportunities once application time arrives.

How to Request a Transcript

Students should complete the Transcript Request "Blue Form" in order to notify the Counselor that a transcript needs to be sent to a prospective college. Students may also make this request in Naviance. Requests must be submitted at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE a given deadline.
