Why do we need a community coach guarantee?

The community coach guarantee exists to ensure that the community coach is delivering according to a set of defined practices and habits. These practices and habits provide the environment for those attending to 'find their own way', grow, develop and interact, without any pressure to meet the needs or expectations of others.

The guarantee is a quality kite mark; you know what you are going to be provided with, you can expect it. If it is felt that the guarantee is being compromised then it must be reported.
