HTS 5th Grade Friday Update!

Happy Friday 

This week fifth graders saw:

• • 3 days of NJSLA Testing! The 5th Graders have been amazing this week, showing focus, determination, and perseverance as they've knocked out the math, reading, and writing units. Two more days of science to go!

  • Finishing up The One and Only Ivan character analysis posters 

  • The beginning stages of the Volume Zoo Animals 

  • Writing letters to Veterans to thank them for their service.

  • Beginning our fantasy novel study Impossible Creatures 

  • Stamp Act Congress simulation
