HTS 5th Grade Friday Update!

Happy First Friday February 

This week saw 5th graders:

• Meeting again with Officer Mike for L.E.A.D.,

• Challenging their brains to build and then calculate the volume of  birthday cakes,

• Drafting their Biographies,

• Wrapping up and assessing Earth Systems,

• Heading south to explore the Southern colonies,

• Sharing read alouds,

• AND just playing for an afternoon.

• 6: Valentine's Day Dance 6:30-8:30p

• 13: Early Dismissal ~ 12:45p

• 16-17: NO SCHOOL ~ Winter Break

• 27: LEAD # 5

MARCH

• 2-5: Book Fair

• 13-15: Middle School Musical 

• 25-27: Conferences ~ 12:45 dismissal each day

• Week of 30: Spring Break!

APRIL

• 14: Spring Concert Grades 3-5 ~ 9:30a HTS Gym
