HTS 5th Grade Friday Update!

Happy Friday 

It was a pleasure meeting with so many of you this week during conferences. We are always an email away if you need anything.

This week saw fifth graders:

• • Wrapping up and assessing the polygons unit,

  • Continuing our novel study with The One and Only Ivan,

  • Continuing to debate their classmates with their opinions on hot topics,

  • Wrapping up our Space unit with a test and thinking about our  field trip (4/24),

  • Wrapping up our 13 Colonies unit and discovering silly stare laws in the U.S.,

  • And voting for our FINAL FOUR favorite books in  our 2026 March Book  Madness tournament!
