HTS 5th Grade Friday Update!

Happy Friday 

This week saw fifth graders:

• • Going to MARS!!!

  • Reviewing concepts for NJSLA

  • Finishing up our novel study of The One and Only Ivan,

  • Crafting body paragraphs and conclusions of their persuasive essay,

  • Introducing The Stamp Act

  • Showing off their musical talents at the Spring Concert,

  • Another visit from Officer Mike for L.E.A.D.!

This week, we had a blast preparing for our mission in space. Students received jobs and completed different missions that helped to prepare us for Phobos. We cannot wait to hear all of the stories that you are told about the trip.
