Describe and understand key aspects of mountain formation.
Create a physical model to represent contour lines on a map. Understand that contour lines represent the topography of the land surface in a particular region.
Make reference to valleys in the Lake District and understand the difference between a dry valley (Findon) and one with a river running through.
