The photo shows the possible innovation of our design project for a humidifier. These involved the use of insulated pipes, perforated plate atomizer, and the use of CTH coatings. These were what I thought were necessary to make the equipment better in terms of maintenance and energy consumption. In the long run, this would allow for lower costs in maintenance and utilities, which could be allotted to other improvements in a plant.

The photo shows our proposed innovation. The Philippines is a top exporter and consumer of fruits, and with that, agricultural wastes are inevitable. This problem made us think of wastes of reusing these agricultural wastes and that is how PaPEEL is born.   

The design of the process for our proposed dairy plant ensures a reduction in energy usage which was done through the optimization of our evaporators into 3 effects.
