This shows our DOE for comparing the effect of the temperature on the rate constant for both PFR and CSTR. Our design involves knowing the Maxwell-Boltzmann Distribution to know the activation energy of our process.

Our end goal for our thesis is to know the capacity of nutritional retention of different pretreatments. In line with that, several methodologies are used and knowing the appropriate one for our sample is crucial to ensure validity of results.
