As previously stated, I was the designated time keeper. Since the seminar happened on a different day, our goal is to really finish the seminar on time as I do understand that all other students would rather study than attend a seminar that was not originally part of their schedules. I meticulously followed the schedule as to not cause the attendees hassle.

The experimentation happened quite smoothly, given all our tests take at least 3 hours each. Due to the prior planning and strategies we discussed, we were able to send our samples properly to the freeze-drying facility without compromising the freshness of the samples.

With proper planning, we were able to design a plant appropriate for our goals and needs, which were to strengthen the dairy industry without causing additional pollution even if it felt like it was not possible.
